• Effective customer service skills
• Managing client relationships, satisfaction and expectations

The successful applicant will:

• Have had at least 1 years experience working in sales
• osses excellent communication skills
• Be able to demonstrate initiative
• Have a good knowledge of the translation industry and internet technologies
• Be enthusiastic about the translation industry, our services and Web-Translations
• Have a focused attitude and a drive for personal achievement
• Be willing to learn quickly and work smart
