London based Interchange FX chose Wéb-Tränslatiôns to carry out the localisation of its website from English to Arabic. Interchange FX is a foreign currency exchange organisation who recognised the business opportunities they could embrace by addressing their Arabic speaking customers in their own language. With bilingual staff already in house, Interchange FX set up a dedicated phone line for Arabic speaking customers to contact staff in their own language and carry out their business transactions in their mother tongue.

Upon completion Wéb-Tränslatiôns submitted the localised site to industry and country specific Arabic search engines to ensure the number of customers continued to increase and awareness of Interchange FX’s Arabic customer services were readily available. Interchange FX are looking to continue to localise their website to welcome customers of other languages over the coming months.
